White City Community Fall Plant Swap

Come join us for this FREE event for plant lovers and garden enthusiasts alike! It is that time of year again when we share our plants with our neighbors to make our community even more beautiful! All plant types are welcome! From indoor plants, edible plants, exotic plants, native species and even seeds are welcome! Please do not bring anything that is considered invasive (A list will be posted on Facebook page of invasive species). YOU DO NOT NEED TO BRING PLANTS TO GET PLANTS!

Will be held at the pavilion at Big Bear Park in White City. Tables will have labels for the different types of plant categories and a potting station with free potting soil will be provided for those with bare root plants. We will also be providing a sanitation station with hand sanitizer, sanitizing sprays and wipes.

FIRST FIVE PEOPLE TO ARRIVE WILL RECEIVE A FREE UPCYCLED GLASS PLANTER WITH PLANT!
Rules for the plant swap:
Request plant material from anyone with extra plants. If you have extra plants, be kind and share your plants and knowledge with those looking for new plants.

Instructional videos/web pages on transplanting will be posted on page as well as discussions about plant species that people have and are willing to share. Requests can be made for specific plant species to connect the seeker with a potential owner of the specified plant.
Plant pots can be supplied upon request.
